Our AEC services of Virtual Building solution does and cover all aspect of Building. Boeing is designed once and then produced many but same is not true for the building. Every site is different, every building is different and therefore every building need to be designed, simulated and constructed to meet the customer need. Adroitec focuses on every aspect of building services including HVAC, Energy optimization, Electric load analysis, interference analysis, sun shadow studies.
Services offered
Concept Scheme: Basic design fulfilling client’s requirements in function, aesthetically pleasing form & budget.
Detail Engineering: Accurate 3D Virtual construction of the scheme with all the possible details after structural analysis & (MEP) services input. The output will be in standard formats.
Design Phase 3D Model: Accurate 3D Construction Model based on Architectural and Structural drawings from architects / consultants / engineers of the building at the designated phases of the project. This includes updates to the model based on receiving missing information, discrepancies, addendums, Change Orders etc.
MEP Design Model: Various services (pipes & shafts) modeled for coordination purposes. Generic Equipment representation will be modeled for space allocation & distribution.
Discrepancy Report: Documentation of encountered errors while modeling the Architectural and Structural 2D project & MEP as a combined model, helping to remove the conflicts.
Quantity Estimate: An accurate quantity take-off will be generated based on the quantities captured in the 3D model. Configuration and Analysis will be required for including pricing information. If specifications are provided then a detailed BOQ can also be created. Estimate can be updated based on awarded bids, if requested to do a comparison of estimated and actual costs.
Construction Sequence: An accurate Construction Schedule will be linked to the building model. The schedule will be based on the initial Construction Sequence of the project. The construction sequence might include a more detailed 3D site logistics.
As Built Model: The final 3D model will represent all the changes through out the life cycle of the construction project, and can be handed over to the client.
Presentation: Walkthrough of exterior or interior along with still images composed for presentation.
